Master of Science in Soil and Water Science – Environmental Science

Description:
University of Florida's Soil and Water Science Department offers an off-campus Master of Science degree (non-thesis or thesis option) with a specialization in Environmental Science. Courses are offered via distance education to accommodate place-bound students interested in environmental issues related to the soil and water quality of agricultural lands, forested lands, range lands, urban lands, or wetlands. The program is offered in conjunction with faculty at the off-campus Research and Education Centers (REC) located throughout the State of Florida.

Program: Masters (MS) Length: 30 credits for thesis program, 34 credits for non-thesis program
Delivery: Web, CD-ROM, Proctored Exams Requirements: Locational - Presentation of a seminar on the Gainesville campus on a topic related to the student's thesis or special project.
